Booking conditions
Appointments are confirmed via WhatsApp or the contact form on the website. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Online store
Products shown in the online shop are subject to availability. All prices include VAT. Orders are confirmed directly by WhatsApp or at the salon before confirming the order.
Delivery
Physical products can be requested for shipment to Spain and European Union countries. Delivery times and costs are confirmed directly before completing the order.
Returns and refunds
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU consumer law. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gagobyandres.com.
